This project, owned by the IIB bank, is located in the luxurious Seef region, near the Ritz Carlton hotel. With a total built up area of SQM 14000, this residential tower culminates at 170 meters height (with the antenna). The typical plan is a 3 bedroom single apartment per floor. Its basic geometry, a curved equilateral triangle, is directly inspired by the shape of the plot. The corners are structural elements, one of them being the vertical circulation core, and the sides are glazed. Because of proximity to the sea, the parking level had to be above ground, the ground floor being reserved for a large reception hall. On the 14th level, a three storey high suspended garden punctuates the succession of inhabitable floors, sheltering a large outdoor well ventilated area with splendid views towards the whole island
