The project, a 25 story building, proposes the creation of small 2 bedroom flats (with size ranging between 150 and 175 SQM). Each floor contains 4 apartments (three 2 bedroom flats, and one 3 bedroom flat, on the secondary street side) accessible from 2 vertical circulations. As a result of this dual configuration, the main elevation presents two similar openings; two glazed volumes leaning out of a big stone clad portal. Each 4 stories are alternatively outlined with a concrete border to create an interesting rhythm in the elevation, and to avoid placing one glazed space facing the other
