This SQM 13 300 office tower takes advantage of the beautiful corniche and sea view on the upper floors. The plan occupies 100°/o of the small plot as allowed by the law in this prestigious part of the city. The internal lay out is simple: a vertical circulation pinned to a large multi-functional space. The front elevation facing the nice view is fully glazed, bringing abundant light into the depth of the offices. A big opaque wall for advertising was required by the client on the exposed side of the building
